【摘要】:1.1ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforsafetyandperformanceofsomeoptionalspecificpermanentlyinstalledequipmentonfirefightingandrescueservicevehicles,operatedbytrainedpersons,asdesignatedinEN1846-1andspecifiedinEN1846-2.ThepermanentlyinstalledequipmentdealtwithinthisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisgivenbelow:-waterinstallation;-additiveinstallation;-monitor;-equipmentgantries.ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,thenormalambienttemperaturerangeis-15°Cto+35°C.1.2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:-personnelcarryingvehicles;-vehicleswithagrossladenmassnotexceeding2t;-boats;-aircrafts;-trains;-ambulances;-airportvehiclescomplyingwithInternationalCivilAviationOrganisation(ICAO)recommendations.1.3ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluseandtheroutinecheckingoffirefightingandrescueservicevehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Itdealsalsowithperformancerequirements.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardsgeneratedby:-noise(aspermanentlyinstalledequipmentcannotbeoperatedseparatelyfromthevehicle,thishazardiscoveredinPart2);-radiation(lowfrequency,radiofrequency,radiation,microwaves);-errorsinthesoftware;-useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;-construction,transportation,maintenanceanddecommissioning;-windpressureinandoutofuse;-staticelectricityproblems;-remotecontrol;-electromagneticcompatibility;-oilhydraulicandpneumaticdrivingsystem.1.4ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletotheequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublicationbyCEN.
