【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelstripwithamassfractionofcarbonover0,25%madefromthesteelsspecifiedinTable1.Itiscommonlyproducedinthicknessesof6mmandunder,andinwidthsupto600mmexclusive,incoilsandcutlengths.Thestripisorderedintheas-deliveredcondition,asspecifiedin6.1orClause5,andispredominantlyusedforsprings,butalsoforotherhighlystressedpartsofmanydifferenttypes.SteeldesignationsCS55toCS95maybesuppliedinthequenchedandtemperedcondition.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoalloysteelsorstainlesssteels.Cold-reducedcarbonsteelstripisfurnishedinthefollowingtypes:fullhard,whereaverystiff,springyproductisproducedtoobtainfullhardnessafterthefinalrolling(itisintendedforflatworknotrequiringtheabilitytowithstandcoldforming);annealed,whichisintendedforapplicationsrequiringmoderatecoldforming;quenchedandtempered,whichisintendedgenerallyfortheproductionofsteelspringswheretheappropriatecombinationofstrength,hardness,toughnessandductilitycanbeachieved;intermediatehardness,whichisintendedforapplicationswherecoldformingisslightorwhereamoderatelystiff,springyproductisneeded.Cold-reducedcarbonsteelstripischaracterizedbyclosedimensionaltolerancesandgoodsurfacefinishand,inthecold-rolledandquenchedandtemperedcondition,itispossibletoattainhighvaluesforhardnessandtensilestrength.
