【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthespecificfunctionalrequirementsforthedesign,construction,operation,maintenanceanddisposalactivitiesforsafeandsecuregascompressorstations.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogascompressorstationswithaMaximumOperatingPressure(MOP)over16barandwithatotalshaftpowerover1MW.ThisEuropeanStandardneednotbeappliedtogascompressorstationsoperatingpriortothepublicationofthisstandard.Forgascompressorstationsalreadyinservice,thisstandardappliesbyanalogyonlytothepartsofthestationstobemodified,extendedordisposed.Thisstandardcanalsobeappliedatanytimetoareasofoperationandmaintenance.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethesafetyofthepublicandthesafetyofallthepersonnelinvolved,tocoverenvironmentalissuesandavoiddamagetoproperty.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticemayexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinthenationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-off-shoregascompressorstations;-gascompressorstationsforcompressednaturalgasfilling-stations.Figure1showsaschematicrepresentationofcompressorstationsinagassupplysystem.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesproductscreening.Aproperproductscreenisactuallyaprocess,notatest.Asaprocess,itismaintainedandconstantlyvalidatedtoensureitachievesthepurposeforwhichitwasdefined.Thisprocessisappliedtoaproductinordertoinduceproductswithaknownfailuremechanism,tofailinacontrolledsituationbeforetheproductisdeployedinthefield.Ifthisprocessisproperlyapplied,thenallinfantmortalityfailuresinthefield,associatedwiththefailuremechanism(s)forthescreen,willbeeliminated.Figure1showstheclassical"bathtub"three-regioncurveoffailureratesformostproducts.Althoughthefailureratesofpassiveopticalcomponentshavenotbeenconclusivelyshowntofollowthiscurve,itisusefulforillustrativepurposes.Screeningisknownforsomeproductsasaproofstressorinthecaseofelectronics,asa"burn-inprocess".Whenappliedtoaproduct,itwillnormallyaffectthefailurerateappliedduringtheinfantmortalityportionoftheproductlifecycle.Ifthescreenisproperlychosen,itwillinduceaportionoftheinfantmortalityfailurescausedbythechosenfailuremechanism(s)tooccurinthemanufacturingcycle,earlierthanwouldnormallybeseenintheunscreenedpopulationshowninthedashedline.Also,itshouldbenotedthataproperlyappliedscreendoesnotweakenordegradethewear-outorendoflifeperformanceofaproductpopulation.Inanycase,thescreenshouldalsonotaffectthemiddleregionofnormallifeutilization.Screeningandthedecisiontoapplyascreentoaproductprocessshouldneverbearequirement.Itshouldbedesignatedasanoptionoranalternative.Onceproducttestingidentifiesafailuremechanisminapopulationorsub-populationofaproduct,screeningtoremovethatmechanismisonlyonealternative.Equallyvalid,andinmostcasespreferable,isthealternativetomakedesignormanufacturingprocessimprovementstoeliminatethemechanism.Obviously,anychangestotheproductarethenrevalidated,andthescreenisrevalidatedaswell.However,thedecisiontochoosewhethertoscreenorimprovetheproductshouldbebasedoneconomics,customerexpectations,andproductuse.
