【摘要】:ThispartofISO12240specifiesdimensions,tolerancesandradialinternalclearancesforvariousdimensionseriesofsphericalplainbearingrodends.ThedimensionsandtolerancesspecifiedinthispartofISO12240havebeenselectedtopermitthedesignanduseofsphericalplainbearingrodendswhichincorporateradialsphericalplainbearingshavingvariousslidingmaterialcombinations.Thespecifiedtolerancevaluesapplyforfinishedsphericalplainbearingrodendsbeforeanycoating,plating,ringsplittingorfracturing.Sphericalplainbearingrodendsneednotconformtothedesignsillustratedbutcomplianceisrequiredasregardsdimensions,tolerancesandradialinternalclearancesspecified.NOTE—SphericalplainbearingrodendsforairframeapplicationsandspecificsphericalplainbaringrodendsfordirectconnectiontohydrauliccylindersarenotcoveredbythispartofISO12240.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationofthecavitationcorrosionanderosion-corrosioncharacteristicsofaluminumautomotivewaterpumpswithcoolants.Note1Duringthedevelopmentofthistestmethod,itwasfoundthatresultsobtainedwhentestingtwo-phasecoolantsdidnotcorrelatewithresultsfromfieldtests.Therefore,thetestmethodcannotberecommendedasbeingasignificanttestfordeterminingcavitationeffectsoftwo-phasecoolants.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificwarningstatementsaregivenin.
