【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtestsforraillocomotivesforuseinundergroundmining(i.e.minelocomotives)andotherundergroundworkings(e.g.tunnellinglocomotives).1.1ThisEuropeanstandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceoflocomotiveswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.1.2ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotaddressthespecialhazardsassociatedwiththerackdriveofrackandpinionlocomotives.1.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotdealwithradiationandvibration.Itdoesnotaddressremotecontrollocomotivesoroperationinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Hazardsduetonoiseareexcludedfromthisstandard,butaseparatestandardisinpreparationwherehazardsduetonoisewillbeaddressed.1.4ThisEuropeanstandardappliestolocomotiveswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
