【摘要】:Glazedaperturesinbuildingsaregenerallyutilizedforthecontrolledadmissionofbothlightandsolarradiantheatenergyintothestructure.Otherdevicesmayalsobeusedtoreflectlightandsolarradiantheatintoabuilding.Thebulkofthesolarradiantenergyenteringabuildinginthismannerpossesseswavelengthsthatliefrom300to2500nm(3000to25000E).Onlytheportionfrom380to760nm(3800to7600E)isvisibleradiation,however.Indaylightingapplications,itisthereforeimportanttodistinguishtheradiant(solarradiantenergy)transmittanceorreflectanceofthesematerialsfromtheirluminous(light)transmittanceorreflectance.Forcomparisonsoftheenergyandilluminationperformancesofbuildingfenestrationsystemsitisimportantthatthecalculationormeasurement,orboth,ofsolarradiantandluminoustransmittanceandreflectanceofmaterialsusedinfenestrationsystemsusethesameincidentsolarspectraldistribution.Solarluminoustransmittanceandreflectanceareimportantpropertiesindescribingtheperformanceofcomponentsofsolarilluminationsystemsincludingwindows,clerestories,skylights,shadingandreflectingdevices,andotherpassivefenestrationsthatpermitthepassageofdaylightaswellassolarradiantheatenergyintobuildings.Thistestmethodisusefulfordeterminingthesolarluminoustransmittanceandreflectanceofopticallyinhomogeneoussheetmaterialsanddiffuselyreflectingmaterialsusedinnaturallightingsystemsthatareusedaloneorinconjunctionwithpassiveoractivesolarheatingsystems,orboth.Thistestmethodprovidesameansofmeasuringsolarluminoustransmittanceunderfixedconditionsofincidenceandviewing.Thistestmethodhasbeenfoundpracticalforbothtransparentandtranslucentmaterialsaswellasforthosewithtransmittancesreducedbyreflectivecoatings.Thistestmethodisparticularlyapplicabletothemeasurementofluminoustransmittanceofinhomogeneous,fiberreinforced,patterned,corrugated,orotherwiseopticallyinhomogeneousmaterialswhenthetransmittanceisaveragedoveranareathatislargeincomparisontotheinhomogeneities.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofsolarphotometrictransmittanceofmaterialsinsheetform.Solarphotometrictransmittanceismeasuredusingaphotometer(illuminancemeter)inanenclosurewiththesunandskyasthesourceofradiation.TheenclosureandmethodoftestisspecifiedinTestMethodE1175(orTestMethodE1084).1.2Thepurposeofthistestmethodistospecifyaphotometricsensortobeusedwiththeprocedureformeasuringthesolarphotometrictransmittanceofsheetmaterialscontaininginhomogeneitiesintheiropticalproperties.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
