【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversfourgradesoffueloilmadeinwholeorinpartwithhydrocarbon-basedusedorreprocessedlubricatingoilorfunctionalfluids,suchaspreservativeandhydraulicfluids.Thefourgradesoffuelareintendedforuseinvarioustypesoffuel-oilburningindustrialequipmentundervariousclimaticandoperatingconditions.Thesefuelsarenotintendedforuseinresidentialheaters,smallcommercialboilers,orcombustionengines.1.2GradesRF04,RF05L,RF05H,andRF06areusedlubricatingoilblends,withorwithoutdistillateorresidualfueloil,orboth,ofincreasingviscosityandareintendedforuseinindustrialburnersequippedtohandlethesetypesofrecycledfuels.Note1-Forinformationonthesignificanceoftheterminologyandtestmethodsusedinthisspecification,seeAppendixX1.1.2Thisspecificationisforuseincontractsforthepurchaseoffueloilsderivedfromusedlubricatingoilandfortheguidanceofconsumersofsuchfuels.Thisspecificationdoesnotaddressthefrequencywithwhichanyparticulartestmustrun.1.3Nothinginthisspecificationshallprecludeobservanceofnationalorlocalregulations,whichcanbemorerestrictive.Insomejurisdictions,usedoilisconsideredahazardouswasteandfuelsfromusedoilarerequiredtomeetcertaincriteriabeforeuseasafuel.Note2-ForUnitedStatesfederalrequirementsimposedonusedoilgenerators,transportersandtransferfacilities,reprocessors,marketers,andburners,see40CFR279.Note3-Thegenerationanddissipationofstaticelectricitycancreateproblemsinthehandlingofdistillateburnerfueloils.Formoreinformationonthesubject,seeGuideD4865.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard;non-SIunits,whengiven,areforinformationonly.
