【摘要】:ThispartofISO15489providesguidanceonmanagingrecordsoforiginatingorganizations,publicorprivate,forinternalandexternalclients.AlltheelementsoutlinedinthispartofISO15489arerecommendedtoensurethatadequaterecordsarecreated,capturedandmanaged.ProceduresthathelptoensurethemanagementofrecordsaccordingtotheprinciplesandelementsoutlinedinthispartofISO15489areprovidedinISO/TR15489-2(Guidelines).ThispartofISO15489—appliestothemanagementofrecords,inallformatsormedia,createdorreceivedbyanypublicorprivateorganizationintheconductofitsactivities,oranyindividualwithadutytocreateandmaintainrecords,—providesguidanceondeterminingtheresponsibilitiesoforganizationsforrecordsandrecordspolicies,procedures,systemsandprocesses,—providesguidanceonrecordsmanagementinsupportofaqualityprocessframeworktocomplywithISO9001andISO14001,—providesguidanceonthedesignandimplementationofarecordssystem,but—doesnotincludethemanagementofarchivalrecordswithinarchivalinstitutions.ThispartofISO15489isintendedforuseby—managersoforganizations,—records,informationandtechnologymanagementprofessionals,—allotherpersonnelinorganizations,and—otherindividualswithadutytocreateandmaintainrecords.note:1)Insomecountries,themanagementofrecordsalsoappliestoarchivesmanagement.ArchivesmanagementisnotcoveredinthispartofISO15489.
